WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Physical Form

  • The UIL requires any student entering a new school-sponsored athletic group (including marching band) to complete a physical before they are allowed to participate. Click here to get the current physical form.

Shopping List

  • All students will be responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary marching/concert materials.
    To help facilitate shopping Music & Arts has put together an online shopping list for each instrument, along with a “general” accessory list. You are still welcome to shop in person at the Frisco or Lewisville store at your convenience.

You can access the list by following these instructions:

  • Click here to go to the Music & Arts website

  • From there you will need to login/create an account.

  • Once logged in..Click Account -> Shopping Lists

  • Under “Last Name or Email” type Hebron

  • Do not select a city or state.

  • From there, you will see lists grouped by instruments. (Students will not be required to purchase items they already own)

  • Students can then add items to cart and proceed to checkout once completed.
